Welcome to Gyanoo.com (“Gyanoo”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Gyanoo, including all content, pages, and services provided on or through the website.

By accessing or using Gyanoo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1) Who We Are

Gyanoo is an Indian knowledge hub that publishes informational guides about government services, schemes, banking, Sarkari jobs/exams/notifications/results, how-to topics, culture, and religion. We are independent and not affiliated with any government department, recruiting body, or religious authority.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the site.
  • If you create an account (now or in future), you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gyanoo and its team from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

15) Takedown & Grievances

  • If you believe content on Gyanoo infringes your rights or is unlawful, please email hello@gyanoo.com with:
    (a) your contact details, (b) URL(s) in question, (c) description of the issue/right infringed, (d) proof of ownership (if applicable), and (e) a statement made in good faith.
  • We will review and take appropriate action, which may include removal or modification.

16) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Himachal Pradesh (Shimla) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the site.

17) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Gyanoo at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us.

18) Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gyanoo regarding the site.
